Sanford Alexandria to Host Sports Physical Events for Student-Athletes
Sanford Health Alexandria is offering sports physical events for student-athletes to complete their sports physicals for the 2025-2026 school season. Student-athletes are required to get an annual sports physical when participating in school-sanctioned sports and must have their physicals completed before the first day of practice for their sport.
Certification Training in Dementia Care Set for August 11
HI Health St. Francis, in collaboration with Edgewood Memory Care-Grand Island, will host a one-day seminar, “Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care.” Led by Debbie Schaaf, executive director of Edgewood, the in-person training is scheduled from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 11, in Conference Room 2/3 at the hospital.
