Columbus Community Hospital Hosts Scrubs and Uniforms Sale Sept. 1-2

Healthcare professionals won’t want to miss Columbus Community Hospital’s latest Scrubs and Uniforms Sale. The event starts Tuesday, Sept. 1, from noon-7 p.m. in the hospital’s south parking lot. It will continue Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the same location, and from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on the east side of the hospital’s South Campus.

Members of the public can browse stylish, comfortable uniforms in a wide selection of colors and styles. In addition to uniform essentials, there will also be a variety of accessories and shoes.

Angie Ramaekers, director of volunteer and guest services at the hospital, said this fundraiser supports the community in many ways.

“The Scrubs and Uniforms Sale provides quality, professional work wear and shoes for many in our area,” Ramaekers said. “Proceeds from the event will help support patient and family experiences in the new Mead Family Cancer Center opening this fall.”

Organizers will accept cash, check, credit cards and debit cards. Hospital employees can also use payroll deductions.
