The Meyer Foundation for Disabilities will host its 21st annual Walk and Roll for Disabilities. Money raised at the event goes toward adult programming at the University of Nebraska Medical Center Munroe-Meyer Institute. It helps to fund yoga club, cooking club and other recreational activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Past events have drawn more than 300 attendees.
The event will feature clowns, Star Wars characters and face painting before attendees and teams take laps around the mall.
