For the second year in a row, WinnMed has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Des Moines Register. The award is based on results from a recent staff satisfaction survey that were compared to other businesses’ results across the state.

What stands out most is the way our team has embraced growth and change while remaining focused on delivering exceptional care. The culture we’ve built together is one of collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement, and that’s what makes recognitions like this possible.”
The recognition comes as WinnMed celebrates the completion of Transforming Tomorrow, its multi-year, $50 million facility expansion and modernization project. Throughout the project, staff played a central role in shaping new spaces, adapting workflows, and preparing for expanded services designed to better serve patients across the region.
