UnityPoint Clinic Introduces New Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner

Holly Sachau, NP-C

UnityPoint Clinic is excited to announce Holly Sachau, NP-C, joined the team of providers at UnityPoint Clinic General Surgery and Gastroenterology. Sachau will offer services alongside Ben Pottebaum, MD and Ashley Dyhrkopp, NP-C.

“I want each patient to feel heard, respected and supported; because you’re more than just a diagnosis,” said Sachau. “I believe the best care happens when patients and providers work together as true partners in health.”

With over 14 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing and leadership, Sachau brings a strong foundation in managing complex conditions while guiding patients with clear communication, empathy and support.

She joined UnityPoint Health because of its strong focus on collaboration, compassion and community. “Clear communication, compassion and evidence-based care are the foundation of how I approach every patient’s journey,” she said.
