Sanford Research Awarded NIH Grant to Explore Genetic Pathways Behind Skeletal Development

Jianning Tao, PhD, and his lab of researchers at Sanford Research recently received a nearly $2.5 million R01 grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The five-year grant supports Dr. Tao’s research to investigate two key genetic pathways known to influence tumor development: p53 and NOTCH.

UNMC Team Describes New Cellular Therapy

But new research from a team at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) describes a new cellular therapy that protected damaged brain cells and restored brain homeostasis in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.
