Horizon Health Welcomes New Chief Operations Officer 

For the past three years Dumke served as the Chief Operations Officer for Northland Community Health Centers of North Dakota. She was Director of Clinical and Quality Services for the Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas for four years.
