UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s and Knoepfler Chevrolet Provide Complimentary Car Seat Safety Checks for Siouxland Families

UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s is partnering with Knoepfler Chevrolet to offer a free car seat safety check for Siouxland families. Saturday, April 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. families can meet with Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians (CPSTs) to inspect car seats, ensure proper installation and provide essential safety education to parents and caregivers. The event is taking place at Knoepfler Chevrolet’s Collision and Detail Center at 100 Jackson Street in Sioux City.

Car crashes remain a leading cause of injury and death among children, and studies show that many car seats are not installed correctly. This free event gives families peace of mind by ensuring their child's car seat is secure and meets safety standards.
