CHI Health St. Francis Welcomes Palliative Care Provider Starr

CHI Health Clinic Palliative Care (St. Francis) is pleased to announce the addition of Adeline Starr, APRN to its staff. 

Starr specializes in palliative care, offering medical services designed to alleviate the symptoms, pain and stress of serious illness. This focus aims to improve a patient's quality of life and decrease the overall burden of the disease. Beyond pain and symptom management, palliative care provides support and counseling for both the patient and family, which helps in medical decision making, setting clear goals for care and assisting with advanced care planning.

Starr received a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center-Kearney Campus.

CHI Health Clinic Palliative Care (St. Francis), located at 2620 W Faidley Ave, is available to hospitalized patients Monday through Friday from 9 am until 4 pm.
