Essentia Health–45th Street Clinic Welcomes Walk-In Care Practitioner Hannah Lundstrom

The Essentia Health-45th Street Clinic is proud to welcome Hannah Lundstrom, a certified physician assistant who will practice walk-in care.

“I chose to join Essentia Health because of its patient-centered approach to health care,” said Lundstrom. “Patients are at the center of what we do, and it is a privilege to help make a healthy difference in my patients’ lives.”

Lundstrom received her education from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“I want my patients to know that I see every person as more than a diagnosis,” explained Lundstrom. “I take time to listen, understand your concerns and work in partnership with you throughout your health journey. And as a proud alum of NDSU, I am excited to make a difference in my own community here at Essentia.”
