Sarah Herman Joins Essentia Health–Wahpeton Clinic as Family Medicine Provider

Sarah Herman, a certified physician assistant, is excited to join the Essentia Health-Wahpeton Clinic to practice family medicine.

“I was drawn to the values and patient-centered care all providers display, as well as the team-centered collaboration and learning opportunities available,” explained Herman of her decision to join the Essentia Health team.

Herman received her education from the University of North Dakota. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“I chose primary care because it allows me to build long-term relationships with patients and be involved in all aspects of their care,” explained Herman. “I appreciate the variety, as well as the opportunity to manage both acute and chronic conditions. I’m also a firm believer in preventive care and educating patients.”
