Sanford Health Brings Expanded Pulmonology Services to Williston

The Sanford Pulmonology team has expanded its services to Sanford 11th & Gate Clinic in Williston.
Prameeta Jha, M.D., board certified in internal and pulmonary medicine, will support patients in rural communities through regular outreach appointments. This outreach provides more options for patients seeking care for respiratory and critical care conditions, ranging from asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, respiratory infections, malignancy, sleep-related breathing disorders and more.
Dr. Jha will travel to the 11th & Gate Clinic in Williston the second Tuesday of each month to provide pulmonary services, new consults and re-checks for patients in rural areas.
Pulmonary services include:
Diagnosis and management of chronic respiratory diseases, including asthma, COPD and bronchiectasis
Evaluation and treatment of interstitial lung diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis
Interpretation of pulmonary function testing, imaging and cardiopulmonary diagnostics
Patient education and prevention of smoking-related lung disease
Pulmonary hypertension assessment and long-term management

Dr. Jha attended medical school at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in pulmonary medicine and internal medicine.
