Local Walmart And Sam’s Club Associates, Customers And Members Raise $69,322 For UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s

Walmart and Sam’s Club associates, customers and team members in the Siouxland region raised $69,322 at 10 Siouxland locations during the Change Kids’ Health round-up campaign. The initiative ran from June 12 to July 14 for local children in the community. Each store held various in-store fundraising activities and encouraged customers and members to donate at the register.

“Our Children’s Miracle Network partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club is essential to the work we do at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s,” said Stacey Selk, director of UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network. “Our Siouxland area Walmart and Sam’s Club stores never disappoint; the commitment they have for Siouxland area children is truly inspiring. We are thankful for them and their generous, continued support as we push our mission forward to make children better today and healthier tomorrow.”

UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s Children’s Miracle Network thanks the partners at Walmart and Sam’s Club for another successful campaign. Each donation made through this partnership positively impacts the community and health care for years to come.

Walmart and Sam's Club funds impact each of the 170 Children's Miracle Network Hospitals across North America treating one in 10 children. Hospitals use these funds for what they need most including lifesaving equipment and research, therapy programs and charitable care.
