Essentia Health Hosts Halloween-Themed Flu Event in Bismarck

The Essentia Health-Mid Dakota Bismarck Gateway Clinic, located at 2700 State St., will host a Halloween-themed walk-in flu event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Flu shots will be available for children and adults ages 6 months and older. There will be Halloween-themed games and prizes, and attendees are encouraged to come in their costumes. Remember to wear short sleeves for easy administration. You do not need to be an Essentia patient to attend, and no appointment is required.

One of the best ways to protect yourself and your loved ones from the flu is to get vaccinated. Flu vaccines are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial and private insurance plans.

You can also schedule your flu shot through your Essentia MyChart account, online at EssentiaHealth.org/flu or by calling our toll-free number at (844) 663-1068.
