Ellie Stull to Assume Role as Medical Specialty Clinic Director

Ellie Stull assumes the role of Director of Specialty Care Clinics effective May 4, 2026. With over two decades of clinical and operational expertise, Ellie has built a distinguished career at Nebraska Medicine, marked by a deep commitment to patient care, staff development, and organizational excellence.

An Omaha native, Ellie began her career with Nebraska Medicine as a pediatric volunteer and CNA. After earning her BSN from UNMC in 2004, she served in inpatient general pediatrics before advancing into specialized care as an Oncology Case Manager in 2007. Upon completing her Master of Science in Nursing (Nurse Leader/Executive track) in 2012, Ellie transitioned into a series of progressive leadership roles. She served as Associate Nurse Manager, and later Nurse Manager, overseeing the Cowdery Oncology Clinic, Werner Treatment Center, and Specialty Infusion.

In 2018, Ellie was appointed Nurse Manager for the Diabetes and Endocrinology Center (DEM). Most recently, starting in 2022, she directed Rheumatology operations at Westroads and Village Pointe, managing nursing care coordinators across all three hospital campuses.

A graduate of Leadership Advantage and Nursing Catalyst, Ellie has presented her work at national Oncology Nursing Society conferences. Her continued dedication to healthcare leadership is reflected in her numerous accolades, including multiple nominations for the Nurse Leader DAISY Award, the High Performer Award, and the 2018 and 2026 Nursing Leader Awards.
