Dr. Charlie Cheng Joins Essentia Health The Lights West Fargo Clinic

The Essentia Health-The Lights West Fargo Clinic is excited to welcome pediatrician, Dr. Charlie Cheng.

"Seeing the Fargo community first-hand and feeling a warm welcome from the staff at Essentia Health instantly gave me a great impression of the place and practice!" said Dr. Cheng of his decision to join the Essentia team.

Dr. Cheng received his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, and he completed a residency in pediatrics at Harlem Hospital Center in New York, New York. Dr. Cheng is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

"Pediatrics is an ever-changing field with such a unique patient population," explained Dr. Cheng. "From newborns to adolescents, there is always something new to learn, and advocating for children is a rewarding career that never grows old."
