WHAT: Monument Health is proud to bring Urgent Care and Family Medicine to the Box Elder community and surrounding areas. Opening Monday, August 4, 2025, the facility is equipped with five Urgent Care exam rooms, six Family Medicine exam rooms and also features X-ray and laboratory capabilities.
