Vermillion Medical Clinic and Vermillion Rotary Club Host Annual Bicycle Helmet Day

120 second grade students in Vermillion will be receiving a new bike helmet thanks to Vermillion Medical Clinic and the Vermillion Rotary Club, with assistance from Ace Bike & Fitness in Yankton. Dr. Matt Krell, Pediatrician at VMC, will be doing a brief presentation on the importance of bike helmet safety and then each student will be fitted in their new helmet by Rotary members and clinic volunteers. This is an annual event for the youth of the Vermillion community made possible by a partnership between Vermillion Medical Clinic and the Vermillion Rotary Club.

Dr. Matt Krell, members of the Rotary, and Vermillion school system will be present and available for an interview.
