Prairie Lakes Healthcare System is offering convenient walk-in Sports Physical Clinics for area student-athletes at our Northridge Clinic—no appointment needed.

  • August 5 & 7 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • $40 (Payment due at visit)

Donate Blood, Save a Life! The Community Blood Bank “Blood Mobile” will be parked outside the PLHS Specialty Clinic taking donations.

Effective weight management isn’t just about losing pounds. It’s about gaining a healthier, more rewarding lifestyle.

  • Twelve-week session starts Tuesday, September 9

  • Classes meet every Tuesday at either 12:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.

  • $140 registration fee—save $20 by signing up on or before August 30

Your Total Joint Journey — Free

This education session is recommended for patients considering or scheduled for total joint replacement surgery along with their caregiver or coach. Classes are located in the Prairie Lakes Specialty Clinic Conference Room, the first floor of the Prairie Lakes Specialty Clinic, at 12:00 p.m.

Childbirth Class Series — Free
August 21 & September Series
This free three-week class is designed to prepare expectant mothers, and their support person, for labor and delivery. It is suggested to attend a series a few months before your delivery date. Each class is held on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Medical Office Building (MOB).
