Review Course to Become a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is a two-day workshop designed to help staff prepare for the Certified Professional in Health Care Quality examination. The workshop is scheduled for Oct. 23 and 24 at the IHA Conference Center in Des Moines.

The field of quality applies to all health care levels and settings. Certification aims to promote excellence and professionalism by documenting individual performance as measured against a predetermined level of quality knowledge.
