Catalyst Grand Opening Scheduled for May 28
State, local and university leaders will be on hand to cut the ribbon for the grand opening of Catalyst, the first building to open in the new EDGE District, located west of the University of Nebraska Medical Center Omaha campus. The 170,000-square-foot building emerged from the renovation of the 1906 Omaha Steel Castings building. Developed by Koelbel & Co. and GreenSlate Development, Catalyst will facilitate the growth of research and innovation and allow entrepreneurs, investors and businesses to collaborate in industrial tract.
