Wellmark Unveils Medicare Advantage Plans for 2025
Now’s the time for Medicare-eligible Iowans and South Dakotans to think about their health care coverage options for 2025. From Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, those 65 and older enrolled in Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B are eligible to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan, also known as Medicare Part C. Wellmark Advantage Health Plans is dedicated to making health care better for all Iowans and South Dakotans by offering affordable coverage and enhanced benefits, supported by a broad network of health care providers.

Health plans with a strong national network
It’s easy to find the right Medicare Advantage plan with Wellmark Advantage Health Plan. There are several coverage options available in Iowa and South Dakota with access to a robust provider network and additional, high-quality health and wellness benefits.
Wellmark Advantage Health Plan offers four Medicare Advantage PPO plans in Iowa and South Dakota that provide members with access to nationwide coverage backed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield national network at in-network rates. Wellmark Advantage Health Plan members have preventive and comprehensive dental coverage through Delta Dental®, with access to a broad network of Delta Dental dentists in Iowa, South Dakota and across the country. Through the SilverSneakers® fitness program, members can take online classes from home, participate in community classes or visit any of the 15,000 participating gyms nationwide.

How to enroll from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7
Enrollment is available online or through an agent until Dec. 7. Wellmark team members offer personalized enrollment support at 1-800-262-2051 (TTY users call 711) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday with weekend hours Oct. 1 through March 31.
