Walk-In Care Specialist Jodell Schmidt Joins Essentia Health Walk-In Care-Bismarck 9th Street

JoDell Schmidt, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in walk-in care, is excited to join Essentia Health Walk-in Care-Bismarck 9th Street.

“I admire the core values of Essentia Health and was a prior employee of both Essentia Health and Mid Dakota Clinic,” explained Schmidt. “I am excited to be an employee again now that Essentia Health has continued to expand and spread across North Dakota to Bismarck.”

Schmidt received her medical education from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

“Although I loved my role as a RN, I desired to provide more complete care to patients and pursued additional advanced education to become a nurse practitioner,” said Schmidt, who was a registered nurse for 20 years. “It is my pleasure to provide care to families and patients of all ages and I strive to provide excellent care to patients when they need it most.”
