UnityPoint Health Honored as ‘Top Workplace in Healthcare’ for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth year in a row, UnityPoint Health® has  been recognized as one of the top places to work in healthcare in the country by a national  industry publication.

Becker’s Healthcare named UnityPoint Health one of the “150 Top Places to Work in  Healthcare” for 2025. According to Becker’s Healthcare, the organizations featured on this list  stand out as top-tier employers, devoted to supporting their teams holistically. They offer  wellness programs, community involvement opportunities and a culture that values balance and  meaningful connection in the workplace.

“What an incredible honor it is to be recognized again as a top place to work in healthcare,” said  UnityPoint Health Chief Administrative Officer Jessica Meisner. “At the heart of our success is  our amazing team members and the incredible work they do every day to take care of our  patients and our communities.”

In naming UnityPoint Health to this year’s list, Becker’s Healthcare highlighted several ways the  organization supports its team members:

• Through its team member culture centered on fostering unity, owning the moment,  championing excellence and seizing opportunities.

• Offering a personalized total rewards benefits program that goes beyond traditional  compensation, including earned wage access, mental health support, expanded  wellness options and education assistance tailored to all life stages; and

• By prioritizing professional development programs that have helped hundreds of team  members grow in their careers.

UnityPoint Health, which provides care across Iowa, western Illinois and southern Wisconsin, is  one of only two health systems with headquarters in Iowa recognized this year and is one of a  handful of health systems providing care in Illinois and Wisconsin to be included.
