CHI Health Good Samaritan was recently recertified as a Primary Stroke Center by The Joint Commission. The Gold Seal of Approval® for Stroke, a national accreditation, recognizes the hospital’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care by demonstrating continuous compliance to the highest world standards. Good Samaritan initially earned the certification in 2011 becoming the first Primary Stroke Center in the region.
