Mid Dakota Clinic and Essentia Health announce affiliation discussions

Mid Dakota Clinic, an independent physician practice in Bismarck, North Dakota, and Essentia Health, an integrated health care system serving patients in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin, have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to enter exclusive discussions exploring a potential affiliation.
