Stakeholders Meet To Review Money Follows The Person Program’s Work To Support Community Living For People With Disabilities

North Dakota Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Money Follows the Person program is holding a public meeting on Tuesday, May 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. CDT, to share information and updates on efforts to serve individuals with disabilities at home in their communities.
