If you received Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payment(s) exceeding $10,000 between the dates of July 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020, these funds are required to be reported in the HHS PRF reporting portal by Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET.
