Regional West Health Services Finalizes Management Agreement, Sells Regional Care, Inc. (RCI) to CGS Health

Regional West Health Services has entered into an executive management agreement with CGS Health, a third-party administrator currently based in Connecticut, with the intention of finalizing the sale of the assets of Regional Care, Inc. (RCI) on Dec. 1, 2025.
