Boone County Health Center (BCHC) has been honored with the 2025 Cardiac Rehab Program of the Year by the Nebraska Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Network (NCVPRN). BCHC is the only facility in the state to receive this distinction, which celebrates a Nebraska-based cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program demonstrating exceptional leadership, patient service, and commitment to advancing cardiovascular and pulmonary health.
Relocation of Boone County Health Center Patient Accounts Office Set for Nov. 1
Beginning November 1st, the Boone County Health Center Patient Accounts Office will relocate to the South Entrance of the Health Center. This change was made with patients in mind, as the majority of visitors already use the South Entrance for appointments and services.

In conjunction with their retirement, the medical clinics the Troyers have operated in these two towns will officially transition into the Boone County Health Center (BCHC) system this fall.
