This American Heart Month: Know Your Blood Pressure Numbers
February is American Heart Month, a month to raise awareness about heart disease and prevention. North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) wants North Dakotans to know their risk factors, especially their blood pressure numbers and actions they can take to support their heart health.
Focus On The Facts Of Heart Health This February
American Heart Month is an ideal time to review heart health facts and consider steps everyone can take to reduce heart disease risk.
Make-A-Wish South Dakota & Montana Recognizes American Heart Month
Our goal at Make-A-Wish South Dakota & Montana is to grant 115 life-changing wishes this fiscal year, and we need your help! Medical professionals who make a referral to Make-A-Wish allow the transformational process of the Wish Journey to begin for children with critical illnesses. Children between the ages of 2 ½ and 18 at the time of referral who have not received a wish from another wish-granting organization may qualify for a wish.
