Siouxland PACE Reveals New Name: UnityPoint Health PACE Senior Care – Siouxland

UnityPoint Health - St. Luke’s Siouxland PACE is excited to announce its new name: UnityPoint Health PACE Senior Care – Siouxland. This change reflects the organization's growth and alignment with other UnityPoint Health PACE programs across the state.

"This is an exciting time for UnityPoint Health as we expand the PACE program to serve more seniors throughout our communities," says Joni Ogden, director of PACE operations. "This name change aligns us with other UnityPoint Health PACE programs, creating a more cohesive and consistent experience for our participants. Our commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive care to seniors in Siouxland remains our top priority."

The name change is part of a larger initiative by UnityPoint Health to strengthen and expand its PACE program. UnityPoint Health's second PACE Senior Care program opened in Bettendorf in 2024. The program will expand to Waterloo and Hiawatha in 2025 and then to Des Moines in 2026. This expansion demonstrates UnityPoint Health's dedication to helping seniors live independently in their homes and communities for as long as possible.

“While our name is changing, our commitment to the care and services we provide to participants remains unchanged,” says Ogden. “UnityPoint Health PACE Senior Care – Siouxland will continue to offer the same comprehensive, personalized care from the same dedicated team of professionals.”
