Hospitalist Dr. Shahad Al Noori Joins Essentia Health Fargo

Essentia Health-Fargo is proud to welcome hospitalist Dr. Shahad Al Noori.

“I chose Essentia Health because I was looking for a place that truly values both patients and providers,” explained Dr. Al Noori. “I was drawn to the sense of community, teamwork and shared commitment to compassionate care.”

Dr. Al Noori received her medical degree from the University of Baghdad in Iraq and completed a residency in internal medicine at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois.

“I chose internal medicine because I love the challenge of solving complex medical problems while also forming lasting connections with patients,” said Dr. Al Noori. “For me, medicine is not just about diagnosing and treating — it’s about listening, understanding and walking alongside patients through every stage of their health journey.”
