Sanford Minot To Offer Walk-In Sports Physicals

Sanford Health is offering student athletes several options to receive their annual sports physicals during a walk-in blitz held at Sanford Health Northwest Clinic, 1500 21st Ave. NW, on the following days:

  • Wednesday, July 19 from 5-8 p.m.

  • Sunday, July 30 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • Wednesday, Aug. 9 from 5-8 p.m.

Sports physicals cost $50 and payment is due upon arrival. Please also bring a signed North Dakota High School Activities Association Form.

The North Dakota High School Activities Association requires annual sports physicals for all athletes participating in school-sanctioned sports. Athletes must have their physicals completed before the first day of practice for their sport.

Families may also request to schedule an appointment with their primary care provider for their athlete’s annual sports physical.
