Sanford Health To Share Nursing Vision, Innovation Strategy At Chief Nursing Officer Congress

Sanford Health will share its vision and strategy for advancing innovation and streamlining nursing workflows to better care for patients at one of the premier conferences for nursing executives in the United States. The Chief Nursing Officer Congress takes place May 21-23 in Orlando, Florida.

The three-day invitation-only conference features nearly 20 industry-leading speakers, including Erica DeBoer, RN, MA, CCRN-K, CNL, chief nursing officer at Sanford Health. The event, which will be attended by leading health care systems from across the country, includes executives from Tufts Medical Center, Penn State Health, University of Miami Hospitals and Clinics and Veterans Health Administration among others. The goal of the conference is to encourage collaboration between like-minded leaders to stimulate knowledge-sharing and deliver on actionable insights.

DeBoer is part of a keynote panel entitled: "Using Innovation & Technology in Nursing to Improve Patient Care." She will be joined on the panel by nursing executives from Pam Health and Main Line Health. The discussion will be moderated by Becky Fuentes, chief nursing officer at Shannon Medical Center.
