Sanford Health Hosts Free Doc Talk Presentation On How To Stay Healthy Over The Holidays
Mathew Gerving, M.D., will give a free presentation on staying healthy during the holidays and beyond on November 2.
Dr. Gerving will discuss ways to keep blood pressure and cholesterol in check, manage diabetes and establish healthy habits during the holidays and into the future.
Those interested in attending can join the event in person or virtually via Webex. The event will be hosted at Sanford Health West Dickinson Clinic, 2615 Fairway St, Dickinson, North Dakota, inside the community room.
Those who attend in person are invited to free blood pressure testing and a social with light appetizers at 4:30 p.m. MST with the presentation to follow at 5 p.m.
