Sanford Bismarck-Mandan To Offer Walk-In Sports Physicals

Student athletes can receive their annual sports physicals during a walk-in blitz being held at select Sanford Health clinics in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Families can stop in between 5:30 to 8 p.m. on July 26, Aug. 2 and Aug. 9 at the following clinics:

Sports physicals cost $50 and payment is due upon arrival. Please also bring a signed North Dakota High School Activities Association Form.

Families may also request to schedule an appointment with their primary care provider for their athlete’s annual sports physical.

The North Dakota High School Activities Association requires annual sports physicals for all athletes participating in school-sanctioned sports. Athletes must have their physicals completed before the first day of practice for their sport.
