Sanford Bismarck to Host Doc Talk on Cholesterol and Heart Health

Experts from Sanford Bismarck will host a Doc Talk Nov. 10 focused on cholesterol management and emerging treatment options to reduce cardiovascular risk.

Nayan Desai, M.D., interventional cardiologist, will provide an overview of statins, newer cholesterol-lowering medications and evolving approaches to reducing cardiovascular risk. Attendees will also hear from Natasha Petry, Pharm.D., and Liz Luketich, PA-C, of the Sanford Imagenetics team, who will discuss how pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing can help personalize medication selection and support treatment decisions.
