Sanford Bemidji Expands Hospice Services to International Falls

Sanford Bemidji Home Care and Hospice is expanding with the addition of hospice services to International Falls starting July 1.

Sanford Hospice offers a multidisciplinary team that cares for the patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual and bereavement needs. The dedicated team’s goal is to ensure the best personalized quality of life for the hospice patient and to make sure their wishes are being listened to and carried out.

Hospice care meets the patient where they are at – whether that be at home, a long-term care facility, in-patient hospice center or hospital.
