Registration Opens for 2026 Nebraska Cancer Summit

Healthcare professionals and community partners from across the state are invited to attend the 2026 Nebraska Cancer Summit, a premier event focused on advancing collaboration and improving cancer care across Nebraska.

Hosted by the NCS Hope Foundation, the Summit will take place on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Nebraska Innovation Campus, 2021 Transformation Drive in Lincoln.

Formerly known as the Nebraska Cancer Coalition Summit, this year’s event will center on the theme:

“Collaborative Care: Enhancing the Primary Care–Oncology Partnership.”

The Summit brings together primary care providers, oncology professionals, hospital and health system leaders, nonprofit organizations, and community partners. Attendees will engage in meaningful discussions designed to strengthen collaboration and improve outcomes across the cancer care continuum.

The event will feature keynote speaker Steve Atlas, MD, MPH, Director of the Primary Care Research & Quality Improvement Network at Massachusetts General Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Atlas is nationally recognized for his work in healthcare quality, primary care, and value-based care models.

Participants will also have the opportunity to earn 6.0 Nursing Continuing Education (CE) credits while connecting with peers and gaining insights into best practices in cancer care delivery.

Registration fees are $75 for general attendees and $35 for students, which includes a breakfast bar, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.
