Orthopedic Physician Assistant Joins Columbus Community Hospital Medical Staff

Columbus Community Hospital welcomes physician assistant Danielle Baker as the newest member of our medical staff. She joins the team at Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic.

Baker received her Bachelor of Science, Nutrition and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska. She then earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Nebraska.

Baker is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants (NAPA). She is also certified in basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support and pediatric advanced life support.

Columbus Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic is located in the Healthpark Medical Office Building, adjacent to Columbus Community Hospital, at 4508 38th St., Suite 133.
