New Name, Location For Essentia Health-Fargo Family Clinic

The Essentia Health-Fargo Family Clinic is changing locations, moving from its current space on Gold Drive to 4476 31st Ave. S., Suite 101, less than four miles away. With the new location comes a new name — the Essentia Health-45th Street Clinic.

The new clinic will be open to serve patients beginning Thursday, Dec. 1. This is the former Independent Family Doctors practice, which became part of Essentia Health last April. Patients will continue to receive the same expert and compassionate care they are accustomed to from their regular providers, only now it will be in a renovated and more modern space.

In addition to family medicine, lab and radiology services will be available at the 45th Street Clinic, which also will offer walk-in care seven days a week.

Community members are invited to join us for a ribbon cutting and open house from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Refreshments will be served.
