Monument Health Opens Gillette Clinic in Eastern Wyoming

Monument Health Gillette Clinic opened to patients on Monday, Nov. 2, at 469 WY-50, bringing a nationally recognized health system to eastern Wyoming and ensuring continued access to care for more than 21,000 patients in the region.

The clinic operates in the former Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic space, which Monument Health now leases, and keeps the clinic’s existing care team. The transition preserves the patient relationships and institutional knowledge the Hoskinson family built in Gillette, while connecting the community to Monument Health’s network of specialists, technology and resources across western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming.

“For years, we have watched patients from this region make the drive to Rapid City or Spearfish to access the care they needed. Today, that changes for Gillette, and we are proud to bring that same level of care closer to home,” said Mark Schulte, Monument Health Vice President of Operations for the Rapid City Market.

The clinic offers cardiology, pulmonology/critical care, nephrology, neurology, primary care, sleep medicine, laboratory services, medical imaging and specialty pharmacy with additional services planned. Patients have a direct connection to Monument Health specialists when referrals are needed. As part of Monument Health, Gillette patients also have access to Mayo Clinic Care Network.
