Mary Lanning Healthcare to Celebrate Babies Born During Kool-Aid Days This Weekend

Hey, Kool-Aid! Mary Lanning Healthcare is recognizing Kool-Aid Days (August 15-17) by celebrating babies born here as Kool-Aid Babies.

Each baby born between Friday and Sunday will receive a special Kool-Aid onesie and a colorful baby cap, along with a certificate verifying they are part of the inaugural class of Kool-Aid Babies. On Monday, August 18, babies and their families will be invited to a photo opportunity with the Kool-Aid Man.

Donna Munsell, Family Care Center Director, said the special gifts and photo opportunity are another example of how MLH hopes to make the weekend event extra special for families.

“We always want families to know that we treasure the opportunity to share in the birth of their babies,” Munsell said. “And recognizing Kool-Aid Days gives us yet another reason to celebrate.”
