Mary Lanning Healthcare Pulmonary Rehabilitation Receives Recertification

Mary Lanning Healthcare’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation program recently received recertification from the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR).

This national certification recognizes that the MLH program meets the highest standards of care, meeting the guidelines set forth by AACVPR. The AACVPR certification process involves a rigorous review of policies, procedures, clinical practices and patient outcomes to ensure they align with evidence-based guidelines and best practices.

Ashley Rostvet, RN BSN, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Supervisor, said earning the designation “demonstrates our commitment to improving the quality of life of our patients with chronic lung conditions.”

“At MLH, we provide individualized care, education and monitored exercise,” Rostvet said. “This achievement reflects the dedication and expertise of our multidisciplinary team, and our focus on delivering safe, effective and patient-centered rehabilitation.”
