Mary Lanning Hospital Honors Contributions of Volunteer Team

Mary Lanning Healthcare recently honored its staff of volunteers for their hours of service. The annual Volunteer Appreciation event took place June 24 at MLH.

MLH volunteers attended an Open House or the Drive-thru Event to receive their honors.

“Volunteers are so important at our non-profit, independent hospital,” said Shelly Thomas, MLH Auxiliary Manager. “Volunteers assist various departments and work to make the stay better for patients and their families. From the cookie cart to providing information and directions, our volunteers help a lot. We are lucky to have such wonderful people to help make MLH a better place.”
