Miah Lee Joins Essentia Health-Wahpeton as Internal Medicine Practitioner

The Essentia Health-Wahpeton Clinic is excited to welcome certified physician assistant Miah Lee, who will practice internal medicine.

“I chose to work at Essentia Health because its values align closely with mine,” said Lee. “The commitment to quality, hospitality and respect reflects the kind of compassionate, patient-centered care I strive to provide. I was also drawn to the focus on justice and teamwork, which fosters a supportive environment where both patients and staff thrive.”

Lee received her education from the University of North Dakota. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

“I chose internal medicine because I enjoy the complexity and variety it offers,” explained Lee. “It allows me to build long-term relationships with patients and manage chronic conditions. I’m drawn to the critical thinking and problem-solving involved, as well as the opportunity to care for adult patients across a broad spectrum of health concerns.”
