Memorial Health Care Systems And Bryan Health Partner To Enhance Urgent Care Services In Seward

Memorial Health Care Systems and Bryan Health are collaborating to open Bryan Urgent Care Seward on Monday, June 26. The urgent care clinic will be located at 510 Bradford Street, previously Twin Rivers.

Bryan Urgent Care Seward is a new partnership with 50/50 ownership by Memorial Health Care Systems and Bryan Health. The new urgent care clinic is the only service included in the new partnership.

Memorial Health Care Systems will continue to be a separate organization providing the same hospital, clinics, retail pharmacy, and assisted living services that it has always provided. Bryan Physician Network, which is part of Bryan Health, will operate the new urgent care and be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and billing, with a focus on exceptional patient care and service.

Roger Reamer, Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Health Care Systems stated, “We saw an opportunity to partner with Bryan Physician Network, who operates urgent cares in Lincoln, as a way to deliver urgent care services through an arrangement that brings years of experience and management in the urgent care area to our community. Their expertise in urgent care will be a valuable solution for the growing demand of same-day care needs we have seen from the community for many years. We are excited to partner with Bryan Physician Network to offer this service in our community.”

Joe Mangiameli, President of Bryan Physician Network agreed, “We are extremely excited about the opportunity to partner with Memorial Health Care Systems to expand urgent care to the community, offering trusted care by your trusted local providers.

The new urgent care clinic will be open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. No appointment needed. Skilled, compassionate providers are here to care for you. Future plans include extended hours this winter.

Nurse practitioner Nichole Kinnamon, APRN, has provided care in Seward for 8 years and will continue to care for our community in this new clinic.

“Being born and raised in Seward County, I am excited for the opportunity to provide care through this new partnership,” said Nichole. “I believe this change will allow for growth and more accessibility to meet the urgent care needs of our community.”

The walk-in urgent care treats conditions such as:

  • Minor injuries and illnesses

  • Sprains, strains and broken bones

  • Colds, coughs, sore throats, fever and flu

  • Allergic reactions

  • Urinary tract infections and more

The clinic also has an onsite lab and radiology services for convenient, comprehensive care.

We appreciate your trust in us to care for your health, and we are enthusiastic about starting our collaboration to enhance your overall access and options for care.
