Matt Jensen Marketing Welcomes Leadership Team and New Employees

Matt Jensen Marketing (MJM) is excited to share its updated leadership team and the addition of two new team members.

“It’s an exciting time for MJM. And the team and culture building is the best part about it. It’s a different kind of model, a different way of marketing, and this team is a special kind of talent.” says Matt Jensen, Agency Founder and Partner.

Courtney Davidson has been promoted to President. Davidson is a Partner at the agency and previously served as Vice President of Operations & Account Service. Her quick insight, deep care for the team and clients, and good stewardship of the organization make her invaluable to the team. She has been with  MJM since 2018.

“It means so much that I’m trusted to lead this team.” Davidson says. “I’m going to do it while caring about the team. That care is the component that makes MJM different than any other place I’ve worked. When the team is cared for, we’re able to create consistent, excellent work for our clients. I have a great example in Matt. He challenges me to be an even better steward, whether it’s work for clients or pouring back into our team. I’m so glad to work alongside this team, and I hope they feel as appreciated as I do.”

Shannon Ehli has been promoted to VP of Strategy and Operations. She was previously Director of Nonprofit Accounts.
Abby Rogers is the Director of Account Services.
Brady Holm is the Creative Director.

The team is also growing with the addition of two new team members.

Brandon Henderson is joining the team as Account Executive. Henderson brings 10+ years of agency experience as both Project Lead and Production Manager to his role.

Rachel Spinks is joining the team as Account Manager. Spinks is a recent graduate of the University of South Dakota, and previously worked in the USD marketing department.
