Lunch & Learn Event Highlights Importance of Colorectal Cancer Screenings
Colorectal cancer is the second most deadly form of cancer in the United States, after lung cancer. So, routine screenings are extremely important.
Columbus Community Hospital is offering a free Lunch & Learn featuring Dr. Jacob Oran, general surgeon from Columbus General Surgery. He will discuss what colorectal cancer is and why it’s important to get screened.
The event will be at noon on Thursday, May 21, in the Pawnee and Pioneer rooms at the hospital. Following the presentation, he will answer questions from audience members.
Participants should register for the event by Tuesday, May 19, by calling 402-562-3380 or visiting columbushosp.org. Registration includes a light lunch.
You may choose to attend in person or via Zoom. A link to the Zoom event is available online at columbushosp.org.
